Ductless air conditioning is a rapidly emerging HVAC technology that provides highly efficient heating and cooling throughout commercial and residential spaces. Ductless Mini-Splits are fairly simple to install, and enable you to manage temperatures of individual rooms and areas by creating custom “temperature zones”.
Ductless Mini-splits can be configured to heat or cool rooms that are currently in use, instead of distributing air collectively as conventional systems do. Utilities are commonly among building owners most costly expenses. This feature provides a tremendous financial benefit for business and home owners alike, in that energy isn’t wasted in unoccupied areas.
These systems provide optimal temperature control with excellent air quality, and do so using significantly less power. Mini-splits don’t use ducts, so this costly energy loss isn’t a factor. The internal fan is powerful enough to distribute air as necessary.
They are comprised of two primary components- a condenser that is placed outside, and an indoor handling unit.
These two parts are connected with a conduit, which loops through a three inch hole drilled in the wall. Warm indoor air gets absorbed and cooled by the refrigerant, then pushed back indoors by an internal blower.
As an official distributor of Haier products, we also provide Ductless Mini-Split installation training and certification for electricians.
